Beef Kebab Tikka
A flavorful Venezuelan-inspired Indian-style beef kebab dish. Marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs beef (1.5 lbs)skewers
- β1 cup yogurt (1 cup)plain
- β2 tbsp lemon juice (2 tbsp)freshly squeezed
- β2 tsp garam masala (2 tsp)
- β1 tsp cumin (1 tsp)
- β1 tsp coriander (1 tsp)
- β1 tsp red chili powder (1 tsp)
- β1 tsp salt (1 tsp)
- β1/2 tsp black pepper (1/2 tsp)
- β4 cloves garlic (4 cloves)minced

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add minced garlic and mix well.

Add beef skewers to the marinade and mix until coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove skewers from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
