Indian-Style Tofu Wrap
A flavorful and healthy vegetarian wrap filled with spiced tofu, crunchy vegetables, and creamy sauce. Perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block Extra-Firm Tofupressed and drained
- β2-3 Whole Wheat Wraps
- β1 cup Mixed Greens
- β1/2 cup Cucumbersliced
- β1/2 cup Carrotspeeled and grated
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β1/2 cup Yogurt
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Cumin Powder

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the cumin powder and cook for another minute.

Add the pressed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Warm the whole wheat wraps in the pan for a few seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of yogurt, followed by mixed greens, sliced cucumber, grated carrots, chopped cilantro, and the cooked tofu.
