Lamb Doner Wrap
A classic Turkish-inspired wrap filled with juicy lamb and crunchy slaw. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Lamb seasoning
- β4 Pita bread
- β1 Cucumber
- β1 Tomato
- β1 Red onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with lamb seasoning.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb shoulder for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the lamb to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the lamb is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
