Japanese Broad Bean Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Japanese-inspired stir fry made with broad beans, tender and hearty vegetables, and a hint of moroccan spices.

- β1 cup, trimmed broad beans
- β2 tablespoons, chopped zaalouk
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sesame oil
- β1/4 cup, chopped green onions
- β1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
