Spicy Syrian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional kebabs, inspired by Syrian cuisine. Perfect for a summer evening with a refreshing Thai twist.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 large Chopped onion
- β1 large Chopped bell pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt and black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine lamb, curry paste, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Toss to coat.

Thread lamb mixture onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.
