Kenyan Chicken Stew
A hearty and flavorful chicken stew with a sour twist, inspired by Kenyan cuisine.

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighscut into 1-inch pieces

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups tomatoescanned, diced
- β2 tablespoons kenyan stew spice mixavailable at most African markets
- β1 cup sour creamfor serving

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
