Grilled Fish Tikka Skewers
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired dish featuring marinated fish skewers grilled to perfection. This recipe combines the bold flavors of cumin and coriander with the heat of cayenne pepper, all while maintaining a smoky and hearty tone.

- β1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β2 teaspoons Ginger Paste
- β1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- β2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- β1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
