Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry Pinwheels
A twist on traditional pinwheels, these smoky salmon pinwheels are perfect for a quick appetizer or snack. Flaky puff pastry filled with smoked salmon and a hint of German seasoning.

- ●6 oz smoked salmon
- ●2 tbsp anchovy filletsminced

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked salmon, anchovy fillets, and onion.

Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges.

Brush the edges with a little water and fold the pastry in half to enclose the filling.

Cut into pinwheels and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
