Smoked Pork Skewers
A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for smoked pork skewers. Perfect for a gluten-free meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to pat dry with paper towels before marinating

- ●1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- ●1 piece Heavy-duty aluminum foil
- ●1 cup Wood chips (such as apple or cherry)
- ●10-12 Skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the spice mixture to the pork cubes and toss to coat.

Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers.

Place the skewers in the smoker, fat side up.

Close the lid and smoke for 4-5 hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

While the pork is smoking, set up your grill for indirect heat.

Once the pork is done, remove it from the smoker and brush with vegetable oil.

Grill the skewers for an additional 2-3 minutes per side, or until nicely charred.
