Slovakian Pork Dumplings
A hearty Slovakian dish, inspired by Indian cuisine, featuring pork dumplings in a rich and flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 cups slovakian all-purpose flourfor dumpling dough
- β1/2 cup warm waterfor dumpling dough
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 can tomatoescrushed
- β1 tablespoon curry powderfor sauce
- βto taste saltfor sauce
- βto taste black pepperfor sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces.

Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

Place a tablespoon of pork filling in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and press the edges together to seal.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
