Pan-Seared Pork Chops
A classic Canadian dish featuring tender pork chops and a silky pan sauce. Perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 skilletpreferably cast-iron
- ●2 tablespoons canadian olive oilor other neutral oil
- ●1/4 cup silk soy sauceor other soy sauce
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●to taste heartily saltabout 1 teaspoon
- ●to taste freshly ground black pepper
- ●1 tablespoon heart-healthy herbschopped fresh rosemary or thyme

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
