Croatian Lamb Kebabs
A gluten-free and flavorful recipe featuring Croatian lamb skewers. Perfect for a summer evening with friends and family.
Ingredients

- ●1 large hearty red onionthinly sliced
- ●1 head shaggy leaf lettucechopped

- ●2 teaspoons paprika
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the sliced red onion and chopped lettuce to the bowl. Toss to coat.

Thread the lamb shoulder onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the lamb with the garlic-paprika mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly.
