Malaysian-Style Beef Stew
A hearty and savory Malaysian-inspired beef stew made with tender beef, sauerkraut, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup sauerkraut
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon ground cumin
- β1 teaspoon ground coriander

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, cumin, and coriander to the pot and stir to combine.
