- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Ground cumin

- β1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 cups Chicken broth
