Polish-Style Pork Hash
A hearty Polish-inspired dish made with pork, hash browns, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulderboneless
- β1 cup Hash brownsshredded
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- β2 tablespoons Butter

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened.

3. Add the pork shoulder to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

5. While the pork is baking, cook the hash browns in a separate skillet with butter until crispy.

6. Remove the pork from the oven and top with cooked hash browns.

7. Sprinkle paprika and salt over the top of the hash browns.
