Royal Couscous with Cauliflower and Peppery Notes

Ingredients

- ●2 medium Cauliflowerbroken into florets
- ●2 tsp Moroccan Spice Mixinclude cumin, coriander, and paprika
- ●1/4 cup Hearty Olive Oiluse for sautéing
- ●1/4 cup Peppery Fresh Parsleychopped for garnish

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the couscous according to package instructions.
