Kjøttkaker med Fiskefrikadeller (German-Style Meatballs with Fish Patties)

- ●1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ●2 Eggs

- ●1 pound Cod filletskin removed, flaked
- ●1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a separate bowl, mix together flaked cod, panko breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
