German Semolina Pasta Bake
A hearty, cheesy German-inspired pasta bake, perfect for a cold winter's night. This dish is a comforting twist on traditional pasta recipes.
Ingredients
- β250g semolina pastaDutch-style semolina pasta
- β150g dutch cheeseMolten and gooey, melted dutch cheese is a game-changer
- β50g butterUnsalted butter, melted
- β2 cloves garlicMinced garlic
- β1 medium onionThinly sliced onion
- βto taste saltUnrefined sea salt
- βto taste black pepperFreshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the semolina pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
