- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, sliced OnionCaramelize until golden brown

- β2 medium, peeled and sliced Carrots
- β2 medium, peeled and cubed Potatoes
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add sliced onion and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
