Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish from the heart of the Middle East, featuring marinated lamb skewers grilled to perfection.

- β1 1/2 pounds Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup Yogurtplain, unflavored
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons Ghee or vegetable oil
- β4 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.
