French Gluten-Free Chicken Tarte Tatin
A gluten-free twist on the classic French dessert tarte tatin, featuring juicy chicken and a sweet, caramelized crust.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose gluten-free floursuch as almond flour or coconut flour

- β1 cup sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β2-3 tarte tatin applessuch as Granny Smith or Golden Delicious

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt.
