Spicy Japanese Ramen Noodle Soup
A hearty and spicy Japanese-inspired noodle soup made with ramen noodles, tofu, and a variety of vegetables.

- β8 oz Ramen Noodles
- β1 block Tofupressed and drained
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 inches Gingersliced
- β1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped

1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

2. In a large pot or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

3. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
