Dorayaki-Style Indian Crepes with Ham and Parma
A fusion dessert where Japanese Dorayaki crepes are filled with spiced ham and melted Parma cheese, served with a side of warm Indian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 package dorayaki crepe mix
- β8 oz parma cheese
- β4 oz ham
- β1/4 cup sugar
- β2 tbsp ghee or butter
- β1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- β1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- β1 cup water
- β1/4 cup heavy cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, crepe mix, and sugar.

Gradually add water and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl.

Loosen the crepe with a spatula and flip.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the other side is lightly browned.

Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8-10 crepes.

In a separate pan, melt ghee or butter over medium heat.

To assemble, place a spoonful of the ham mixture onto one half of a crepe.
