Irish Lamb Stew Chinese Fusion
A hearty Irish lamb stew with a Chinese twist, blending tender lamb with vegetables in a savory soy-based broth.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the lamb cubes in batches until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch.

Remove the browned lamb from the pot and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pot and sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the browned lamb back to the pot, along with the soy sauce, and stir to combine.
