Tiramisu Ladyfingers
A twist on the classic Italian dessert, using ladyfingers in place of traditional sponge cake.

- β12-16 Ladyfingers
- β1 cup Strong Brewed CoffeeCold
- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β3 Egg Yolks
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- β4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened

Instructions

Dip ladyfingers in coffee for about 3-5 seconds on each side.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth.

Beat in egg yolks one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

Dip ladyfingers in the mascarpone mixture for about 3-5 seconds on each side.

Layer ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture in a serving dish.
