Japanese Hangover Jambalaya Casserole
A Japanese-inspired take on the classic casserole, perfect for a hangover remedy.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Sushi riceJapanese short-grain rice
- β2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 cup Diced cheeseMozzarella or Cheddar work well
- β1 cup Canned diced tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onionsOptional garnish
- β1 tablespoon Furikake
- β4 large Eggs

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add diced cheese and cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
