Lamb Cassoulet Tartiflette

- β1 cup Tartiflettehomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup French green beans
- β2 tsp Chinese five-spice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with Chinese five-spice and salt.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb shoulder until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the lamb to the preheated oven and cook for 2 hours, or until tender.

While the lamb is cooking, prepare the tartiflette according to the package instructions.
