Pan-Seared Polish Pierogi with Minari and Polish Sausage
A hearty and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared pierogi filled with minari and served with polish sausage.
Ingredients
- β1 package (24-30 count) Polish Pierogihomemade or store-bought
- β1 bunch Minarikorean radish
- β1 pound Polish Sausagekielbasa
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Buttersoftened
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped (optional) Fresh Parsley
- β1/4 cup (optional) Grated Cheddar Cheese
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flourfor dusting

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pierogi according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes).

While the pierogi are cooking, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the polish sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet.

Add the minari to the skillet and cook until slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pierogi to the skillet and toss with the minari and sausage.
