Crispy Ukrainian-Style Vegan Potato Dumplings
A comforting vegan twist on traditional Ukrainian potato dumplings, served crispy and golden.
Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose flourfor dumpling dough
- β1/2 cup Waterfor dumpling dough
- β1/4 cup Vegan oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

While the water is boiling, prepare the dumpling dough by mixing the flour and water in a bowl.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out each piece into a thin circle.

Place a tablespoon of grated potato in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over the potato to form a half-moon shape and press the edges together to seal.

When the water is boiling, carefully add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

Heat the vegan oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
