- β1 cup, diced Cucumber
- β1/2 cup, diced Red Onion
- β1/2 cup, stale and cubed Bread
- β2 tbsp Gazpacho
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Combine diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, and onion in a blender.

Add bread, gazpacho, olive oil, and white wine vinegar to the blender.
