Canadian Beef Wrap
A hearty Canadian-inspired beef wrap with roasted vegetables and a tangy sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 head CabbageShredded
- β2 medium CarrotsSliced
- β1 medium Red onionSliced
- β4-6 wraps Canadian wrapLarge tortilla wraps
- β1 cup Sour creamTangy sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyFor garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and red onion with 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.

Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

In a large skillet, cook the beef strips over medium-high heat until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the beef to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Warm the Canadian wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a dollop of sour cream on each wrap, followed by a few slices of beef, some roasted vegetables, and a sprinkle of parsley.
