Irish Lamb Skillet Stew
A hearty and flavorful lamb stew made with tender lamb, root vegetables, and a hint of bitterness from the bitter greens.
Ingredients

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
