Basque Hearty Stew
A rich and flavorful stew originating from the Basque region, perfect for a cold winter's day. This hearty stew is loaded with tender beef and vegetables.

- β1 large onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 large potatoes
- β1 cup hearty stew
- β1/2 cup shredded cheese

1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
