Ethiopian Shrimp Tibs with Dulet Sauce
A fusion of Ethiopian flavors with the succulence of shrimp. This dish is a twist on traditional Tibs, served with a rich Dulet sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 large onions
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons dulet spice mixEthiopian spice blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- β1 tablespoon healthy tomato paste
- β1/4 cup velvety sour cream
- β1 teaspoon ethiopian berbere spice blend

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and cook until translucent, 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, 2-3 minutes per side.

Add dulet spice mix and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add red wine vinegar and cook until liquid is almost gone.

Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through.

Season with berbere spice blend to taste.
