- β1/2 cup Red beanCanned or cooked from scratch
- β1/4 cup Kesong puti (Filipino cheese)Optional
- β1/4 cup Ube halaya (purple yam jam)Optional
- β1/2 cup Leche flan (Filipino custard pudding)Optional
- β1 cup Fruit (such as jackfruit, langka, and kaong)Choose your favorite fruits
- β1 cup Evaporated milkYou can also use regular milk or cream
- β1 scoop Ice cream (vanilla or ube)Optional

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shaved ice, red bean, kesong puti, ube halaya, and leche flan (if using)

Add the evaporated milk and mix well
