Crispy Pork Dim Sum
A classic Chinese dim sum dish with a crispy twist, featuring tender pork and a delicate wrapper.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork lointhinly sliced
- β20-24 wrappers wonton wrappersfresh or frozen
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flourfor dusting
- β1 eggbeaten
- β1 cup chinese cabbagechopped
- β1/4 cup scallionschopped
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor wrapping
- β1 tablespoon harmonious sesame oilfor brushing

Preheat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Dust wonton wrappers with flour and place a small amount of pork in the center of each wrapper.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with egg and fold the wrapper into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce to the center of each dim sum and top with chopped cabbage and scallions.

Brush the tops of the dim sum with sesame oil and transfer to a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
