Uruguayan Hangover Breakfast
A hearty breakfast dish to cure your hangover, inspired by Uruguayan cuisine. This skillet meal is packed with flavor and will leave you feeling satisfied.
Ingredients
- β4 links Uruguayan sausage
- β1 cup Cure beans (black beans)
- β1 package Salty skillet cornbread mixFollow package instructions
- β2 tbsp Chinese long hot sauceAdjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β4 Eggs
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyOptional garnish

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Uruguayan sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the Cure beans, Chinese long hot sauce, and olive oil to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Crack in the eggs and scramble them with the bean mixture.

Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour in the Saltly skillet cornbread mix and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown.
