Peruvian Hangover Stew
A hearty, comforting Peruvian-inspired stew to soothe a hangover. This dish is rich in flavor and can be made with readily available ingredients.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp cure hangoveroptional
- β1 pungent peruvian chiliadjust to taste

1. Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat a large pot over medium heat.

3. Add the pungent Peruvian chili to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the chopped potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

7. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
