Vegan German Bisque
A rich and creamy German-inspired soup made with a variety of vegetables and a touch of nutmeg. This recipe is free from animal products, making it suitable for a vegan diet.
Ingredients

- β1 large onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 stalks celery
- β1/4 tsp nutmeg
- β2 tbsp vegan butter
- β1 cup vegan cream

Instructions
