Pan-Seared Cod Tacos
A flavorful and healthy twist on traditional tacos, featuring pan-seared cod and served with a gluten-free slaw.
Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz each) cod fillets
- β2 tsp gluten-free taco seasoning
- β8 griddled corn tortillas
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 head, shredded cabbage
- β1/4 cup, chopped cilantro
- βto taste salt

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
