Mexican Tagliatelle Fiesta

Ingredients
- β8 oz tagliatelle
- β2 cups fresh tomatoesdiced
- β1 bunch grassy cilantrochopped
- β1 cup snap peassliced
- β1/2 cup ukrainian feta cheesecrumbly
- β1 cup pasta sauce
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cumin

Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the diced tomatoes, cumin, and a pinch of salt to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the sliced snap peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
