- β1 block Tofupressed and drained
- β1 medium Cucumbersliced
- β2 medium Carrotssliced
- β1 medium Daikon radishsliced
- β1 cup Chua (pickled carrots and daikon)
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped

Instructions

Heat the vegetable broth in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced cucumber, carrots, and daikon radish to the pot.
