Weeknight Italian Pasta with Speck
A quick and delicious Italian-inspired pasta dish made with speck and gooey cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz SpeckThinly sliced
- β1 lb PastaYour choice of Italian-style pasta
- β1 cup GooeyMozzarella or similar cheese
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup BasilChopped fresh
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the thinly sliced speck to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the speck and toss to combine.
