German Quesadilla

- β8 oz Gooey Cheese
- β1 loaf Venezuelan Bread
- β4 oz German Sausage
- β2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Slice the venezuelan bread into thick slices.

Butter one side of each slice.

Place a slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.

Top with 2 oz of gooey cheese and 1 oz of german sausage.

Fold the bread in half to create a quesadilla.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
