Smoky Ukrainian Casserole
A hearty, gluten-free casserole filled with smoky flavors and gooey goodness. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoky sausageCut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup Ukrainian aoli
- β1 cup, shredded Gooey cheeseChoose a gluten-free option
- β2 large, peeled and diced Casserole potatoes
- β1 large, diced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the diced potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the Ukrainian aoli and cook for 1-2 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, sausage mixture, and shredded cheese.
