Japanese Gooey Stir Fry
A quick and savory Japanese-inspired stir fry with gooey goodness. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup GooeyGooey sauce of your choice (e.g. teriyaki or oyster sauce)
- β1 cup SpanishSpanish rice
- β2 medium TomatoCherry tomatoes, halved
- β StirAny stir-fry vegetable of your choice (e.g. bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β2 tablespoons FryVegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceTo taste
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oilFor garnish
- β1/4 cup Green onionsSliced, for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the Spanish rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Pour in the gooey sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until well combined.
