Loukoumades with Honey Syrup
A classic Greek dessert made with honey syrup and crispy fried dough balls. Serve warm and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β1 cup Gooey Honey
- β1 cup Rich Greek Yogurt
- β2 cups Fettuccine Flour
- β1 package Loukoumades Batter
Instructions

Combine honey, sugar, and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.

Make a well in the center and add the yogurt, eggs, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F.
