Pork and Gooey Dumplings
Soft and pillowy dumplings filled with a tangy pork filling, topped with a gooey sauce. A classic American comfort food dish.
Ingredients

- β2 cups All-Purpose Flourfor dumpling dough
- β1 cup Bread Flourfor dumpling dough
- β1 Eggbeaten for dumpling dough
- β1 cup Gooey Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 package Pillowy Dumpling Wrappersusually found in the frozen food section

Combine ground pork, American seasonings, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.

Knead the dough for the dumplings until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles for the dumpling wrappers.

Place a tablespoon of the pork filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.

Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal the dumpling.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 10 minutes.
