Korean-Style Fried Chicken Tenders
Crispy fried chicken tenders infused with the bold flavors of Korean chili flakes and a sweet, sticky sauce. Serve as a snack or appetizer.

- β1/2 cup Gooyoung Sauce
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Fry Mix
- β1/4 cup Korean Chili Flakes
- β Black Pepper
- β Salt
- β Nostalgic NoodlesOptional, for serving

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken tenders, Gooyoung Sauce, garlic, and Korean Chili Flakes. Mix well to coat.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

5. Dredge the chicken in the Fry Mix, shaking off any excess.

6. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

7. Remove the chicken from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
