Syrian Frittata with Citrus
A flavorful Italian-inspired egg dish featuring a blend of Syrian spices and a squeeze of citrus.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup, crumbled goeey
- β1/2 cup, juice of citrus
- β1 clove, minced garlicyou may have midnight from your pantry or buy it
- β1 tsp syrian spice blend
- β1/2 cup, grated parmesan cheese
- βto taste salt and pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Whisk together eggs, citrus juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add crumbled gooey cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and well combined with garlic.

Pour egg mixture over the top of the cheese mixture in the skillet.

Sprinkle Syrian spice blend and parmesan cheese evenly over the eggs.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the eggs are set and the frittata is golden brown on top, about 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
